Need info to mco updates

Does anyone know where the update info is or does anyone know where the updates are posted on an ftp site, I recieved an email asking for the updates, he has a friend that wants to try adn get mco back working

They used to have the latest update available through FTP through ftp.ea.com but there' just a bunch of pics now at
ftp://ftp.ea.com/pub/EACom/MCO/" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;
looks like a few Hidro pics there. Was Hidro a dev's alter ego? I don't remember any dev's being able to drive fast. :?:
