https://beta.swype.com/android/create/uninstalled the leak apk now and installing the beta one. Will update once I play around with the one.

Here's what is going to happen next:
* Open up the email from Swype on your phone and activate the link
(we strongly recommend using WiFi, Swype is close to 3 MB)
* The Swype installer application will download to your phone
* Follow the installer prompts and click "OPEN"
* Enter your user name (your email) and password
* Swype will download the right version for your phone - click "INSTALL"
How to Activate Swype:
* Go to the phone's Settings choose Locale & text and check the box next to Swype
* Go into any application in which you enter text (messaging, email, contacts, etc)
* Press and hold your finger in any field where you enter text
* Wait until the pop up appears, press Input Method, and select Swype
* Start Swyping!
make sure you actually long press the text box and select your input method lol .
all and all lot quicker then the leaked version, more options, and settings to choose from then the last one I had noticed.
