Was digging through old MCO screenshots in effort to adapt some of the old skins into Forza Horizon 5 when I wandered onto a screenshot of my final weekly paycheck.
It's hard to believe we're rapidly approaching this interval, I'm still prone to the occasional dream of gameplay and/or auction shenanigans. As time & technology have marched on the void has yet to be filled, it's amazing how deep of a niche Motor City dug out for itself.
I'm glad I was mindful enough at that age to pick & pull a few meaningful tidbits that I cherish two decades later.
I was still in high school at the time, I ditched school to stay home on the day of MCO's sunset. One of my finest investments, in retrospect :grin:

Wouldn't it be sweet to get it fired up on Aug 29th 2023 @ 3:01 Eastern. Exactly 20years...

Been too bust to chat with the coders lately, but last time we talked, they only have to rebuild the login and authentication servers by using what the DevTest server is asking for to my understanding.

Such a sad day. I can't imagine that somebody wouldn't have picked up on the compasion peeps had of this game. It might have been small in their book, but it was multi generational.

My two cents, I thought the big 3 should have stepped in. What an awesome way to bring in the youth knowing what their cars were capable of.
